Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. All return and refund requests made after 30 days of receipt of the product are final and are not subject to the return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Only regular priced items and gifts may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you'd like to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us at support@growvirtu.com right away! Once the order is completely processed and shipped the cancellation won't be possible.

You may however request a refund right after receiving the package.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 - 7 working days depending on your bank policy, country you live in and holidays.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
