WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide. All orders will be shipped either through DHL and GLS carriers.
WILL I BE CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE?
Customs fees depend on the country you live in and your local customs authority policy, rates and tariffs. Please visit your local customs authority website for the details about your country’s Duty and VAT policy.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, let us know about the issue and write your full name, order number and the correct shipping address.
In the case your order has already been shipped before we were able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is been returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All orders placed after 12.00 pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. When the package is ready the carrier will contact you with delivery details.
- Delivery in Europe takes 1 – 3 business days.
- International delivery outside Europe takes 2 – 4 business days.
